your questions, answered

What type of music are we dancing to?

I am an American millennial, so I usually play the best hits from the 90’s, early 2000’s, and now. This ranges from R&B, Soul, Hip Hop, Dance Pop, and sometimes includes great dance hits from other generations and other genres.

I curate the playlist when I feel into the group that is forming for each event.

If you resonate with the feel of my website, you will likely resonate with the music playlist that is curated.

Do you offer refunds for change of mind or if I can no longer attend?

No. Once a ticket is purchased there will be no refunds issued if you can no longer make the event.

Can I bring my young children or baby?

No. The music will be loud and is not usually suitable for young ears.

How old do I have to be to attend?

Must be 18 years and older. Women of all decades beyond that are welcome!

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel most yourself in. Whether that's a beautiful outfit or casual activewear.

There is usually a mix of all outfits at events. Dress for your comfort and for ease of movement.

No shoes while dancing. You will be working up a sweat, so keep that in mind.

Is there a bathroom?

Yes. Be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Is the event trauma-aware?

By nature I do my best to cultivate a warm environment for all in attendance.

However, some of the music may be triggering, raunchy, or include swear words.
